    PENGARUH KELOMPOK TEMAN SEBAYA DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN EONOMI KELAS XI SMA SWASTA KATOLIK TRI SAKTI MEDAN T.A 2018/2019

    Abstract
    The problem in this study is whether peer groups influence the learning achievement of students in class XI IPS Tri Sakti Medan Catholic Private High School and whether peer groups and learning interests together influence the learning achievement of students at the XI IPS kelurahan Tri Sakti Catholic Private High School Medan The population in this study were students of class XI IPS Tri Sakti Medan Catholic Private High School totaling 120 students, the sampling technique used was proportional sampling so that a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire given to each respondent. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded: (1) "there is a positive relationship between peer groups with Tri Sakti Medan's Catholic XI IPS class economic learning achievement" this is indicated by the results of the calculation obtained t count> t table (3,824> 2,002), ( 2) "there is a positive relationship between learning interest and economic learning achievement in class XI IPS in Tri Sakti Medan Catholic Private High School" This is indicated by the results of calculations and obtained tcount> t table (8,289> 2,002) and significant value <α (0,00 <0, 05), (3) "there is a positive relationship between peer groups and interest in learning together with the economic learning achievement of students of class XI IPS Tri Sakti Medan Catholic High School" this is indicated by the results obtained by fcount>ftabel (43,511> 3,158) and significant value <α (0,000a <0,005) After the data is obtained, the processing of data uses the coefficient of determination (adjust R Square) of 0.604 which means that the size of peer groups and interest in learning towards the economic learning achievement of Class XI IPS students of Tri Sakti Medan Catholic Private High School is 60.4% and the remaining 39 are influenced by variables others outside of research.
