| dc.description.abstract | English for specific purpose is more relevant than general English in many aspects of vocation. The aims of this research are 1) to develop teaching materials on tourism vocational school on grade eleven, 2) to describe the result of content, media and materials design from the experts, 3) to describe the result of test from peers and students, 4) to describes the experimental test. Source of data in this study are from experts of learning, teachers’ peers, students, control group and experimental group. The data are collected through questionnaire and test techniques. This study is conducted with descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The result of this study shown that : 1. The test on the first teaching material from the expert stated that content : 94,81%, media : 98%, design : 92% with minor revision. 2. The test on the first teaching materials content from the teacher peers : 98%, the students : 95% need a minor revision. 3. t-test is higher than t-table which indicate that alternative hypothesis is accepted. | en_US |
